HS 100 Series Vibration Sensor

TEVA Vibration Sensor

Side Entry, 100mV/g, Industrial Accelerometer

Developed in response to customer demand and based on proven sensor technology, the HS-100S Series is a low cost accelerometer particularly suitable for a wide range of industrial applications including Paper Machinery, General Industry, Air Handling Units, Machine Tools, Pumps, Fans, etc. and similar heavy-duty equipment employed throughout the manufacturing and automotive sectors.

In addition to offering a temperature range of -55°C to 140°C and a sensitivity of 100mV/g, the HS-100S Series features stainless-steel construction and IP67 rating and its 2 wire, constant current (AC output) makes it suitable for these industrial applications where a rugged sensor is required in a limited height location. It features an innovative mounting unit that enables the sensor to rotate around the centre of the mounting point without entangling or twisting its connecting cable.

The HS-100S Series profile, comprising a flat-faced sensor and mount, further facilitates easy access in difficult-to-reach locations allowing it to be mounted from any direction. Unlike competing sensor devices that often have a rounded profile, the HS-100S Series can be easily installed using an Allen Key.

Typical Applications
